Dormitory Information
- Monthly Rent: 15,000 yen
- Please pay the monthly dormitory rent at the office by 16th of each month.
- Monthly utility charges (electricity, gas, water) will be charged.

Part-time Job Information
For an international student with a “College Student” visa to work part-time, need to obtain a “Non-qualification activity permission” before entering Japan. Part-time jobs can be done within 28 hours a week, and long-term leave periods (summer, winter and spring breaks) can be worked within 8 hours a day. However, it is strictly prohibited to work in business related to customs business.
- In order to start a part-time job, the following preparations are required.
- Prepare bank account and mobile phone in Japan
- Understanding Japanese manners, such as not being late
The ability to find a part-time job greatly depends on your communication skills and Japanese conversation skills. If you are early, you can find a part-time job within one month of your arrival in Japan, but it may take up to six months before you can be employed even if you have JLPT’s N4 level Japanese. The following are the main part-time jobs by Japanese language ability level.
